Waiting List: Please fill out online Waiting List Form if you want your child placed on our waiting list. Because so many people call for information, it becomes necessary to create this second step to separate serious applicants from those in the information-gathering phase. When the Waiting List Form is received, it is placed in our file, and then you will be contacted. Press here to fill out our online Waiting List Form.

Observation: We want to be certain that you understand what we are offering. Observations are scheduled every last Thursday of the Month, between 1 – 3 p.m. You should plan to stay in the classroom for about 30 minutes to an hour. We may have other activities ongoing, so please call.

Waiting: Most of our placements take place in September, but we do have openings all through the year. Given the nature of Robin's Manor Child Development Centre’s approach, a child can fit into our program any time during the year. Do not hesitate to call about placement.

Registration Fee: If, when we call you with an opening, you are interested in registering your child, a non-refundable enrollment/registration fee is due at time of interview sitting. This fee is for required paperwork to be completed for your child and any supplies that may be needed before enrollment and scheduled visit for your child.

Visit: Your child's visit is for several reasons. We want your child to be familiar with the Classroom before his/her first day and we want to meet your child before that first day.

Acceptance: The following forms must be completed prior to first day of care:

                                I.      Enrollment Form (EF)

                           II.      Emergency Contacts (EC)

                        III.      Emergency Medical Information (EMI)

                         IV.      Parental Agreement with Child Care Facility (PACCF)

                             V.      Authorization to Dispense External Preparations (ADEP)

                         VI.      Parent/Provider Contract (PPC)

The listed forms need to be returned upon notification of acceptance.

NB: We will not hold your child's position until we have received a signed contract and the above required forms. The contract must be signed by each person responsible for the child(ren), copies will be provided, if wanted.
